Ecometric Scales

 Ecometric scales has to do with the quantification of the degree of balance  between living organisms and their environment. It focuses on the manner in which people adapt to their environment.

Ok, that was my two complicated sentences for the day. What value can ecometric assessment scales add to your life? 


Here is a summary of the scales we offer and what they are used for:

Personal Driving Dynamics (PDD)

What exactly do you need to be happy at work? 

This scale measures 24 values. The results create a hierarchy of what you value in a working environment and what would make you unhappy.

 


  1. Choosing a career path
  2. Choosing the correct       role/position/job
  3. Enables you to communicate work values during an interview
  4. Placing people in the correct roles in business
  5. Understanding an individual better in a social system such as a Family.

Success Traits Inventory

Based on the popular book "8 To Be Great" by Richard St. John, this scale measures the 8 traits identified by Richard St. John through interviewing more than 500 successful individuals including Martha Steward, the Google founders and Russell Crowe.

 

  1. Understand your hierarchy of success traits in working towards a career or other goal
  2. Learn which success traits you should focus on to reach your goals or desired goal
  3. Learn to balance strong success traits vs traits that requires some attention.

Values System Assessment Scale (VSAS)

Your personal values from both a psychometric and theological point of view. (If you are atheist, you may choose to ignore the theological part)

The results not only make you aware of what you value in personal relationships, but also creates awareness of whether you are living from a space of self focus or social focus. There is no right or wrong, just good to know.

Well-Being Indicator (WBI)

Your levels of: 

  1. Frustration
  2. Stess
  3. Helplessness
  4. Acheivement
  5. Satisfaction
  6. Expectation

High levels of frustration creates stress  which may lead to feelings of helplessness. This in turn creates feelings that you are not achieving enough, you are not satisfied with your life and don't expect much of the future, a.k.a depression.

Becoming aware of these levels in a percentage value on paper will help you navigate these traits more effectively and even seek help where necessary. 

Self Perception Scale (SPS)

This scales shows you on how you perceive yourself. It measure 3 fundamental beliefs you have about yourself:

  1. How secure am I?
  2. How often do I feel guilty
  3. How worthy am I?

Knowing the answer to these 3 things has the potential to fundamentally change your life. Once you understand your levels of Inner Insecurity, Guilt Feelings and Lack of Self Worth, you are able to identify the driving force behind your actions and then aim to improve (where necessary).
