Wellness coaching can come in many forms, it's very personal and also should be personalized. Here you will find an overview of techniques used, please see the packages page for standard packages, but any of these services can be booked as a single session or in combination with anything else which might suit your needs.
Costs for all sessions are the same, an hourly or half-hour rate is charged for single sessions.

Note: In comparison to other coaches, you might find the prices low. Please do not think the coaching to be worth any less. My aim is to, as far as possible, make coaching more accessible for everyone.
Mindfulness: Defined as "a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique." This is exactly what is achieved during MLNP. By practicing dual awareness, a.k.a, being present in the moment, while acknowledging thoughts, bodily sensations and feelings. Guided mindfulness is extremely powerful because of resonance and being kept in the moment by a coach.
Storytelling therapy: "Storytelling is an art developed during the beginning of human history, probably to teach the wisdom of generations past, including basic mental and physical health principles." (GF Lawlis - Alternative therapies in health and medicine, 1995 - europepmc.org)
During a storytelling session, a story is narrated in a indirect or direct way of the individual's life or a specific situation. Through reflective listening, a space of understanding and connection is created, from which the individual then feels safe enough to reflect and possibly change behavior or perspective which in turn can lead to a higher quality of life.
Physical exercise: When we think about physical exercise, we usually connect it with loosing weight. But did you know, physical exercise have proven to be mostly ineffective for weight loss. This is why I have created the Whole-Person Workout. This is a fun workout which includes body, heart and mind. All of these components are necessary to move towards any goal. Physical exercise has many other benefits other than loosing weight. The whole-person workout can be presented as a personalized video, in a group or live (Zoom or in person).
Tension release exercise: Also known as TRE. TRE is a set of exercises which helps you invoke the psoas muscles, a major set of muscles where we often store physical, emotional and mental stress in our bodies over the course of our lives. By invoking these muscles we are able to release the built up tension through neurogenic tremors. TRE was found to even be effective to help soldiers returning from war. This very effective set of exercises take around 45 minutes to complete and is best done at least once a week for a period of 6 weeks.
